Every AuctusShop order comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Changed your mind?

If you're not happy with your order, message us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return. Items must be returned in their original condition with all parts included (money stack, base and power adapter). Once we receive the return, we'll refund the full product price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer; we'll send you the return address when you contact us.

Damaged or faulty?

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't work, message us within 30 days of delivery with a photo or short video of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you.

Order didn't arrive?

Every order is shipped with tracking. If your order hasn't been delivered within 45 days of shipping, contact us and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

How to start a return

Send us a message on Instagram @auctusshop, or reply to your order confirmation email, with your order number. We usually reply within 24 hours.
